you’ll go ahead of the Lord to pre-pare his ways be fore him;

He will make known to people their salvation; Blessed be the Lord
through forgiveness of all their sins; Blessed be the Lord
the loving kindness of the heart of our God; Blessed be the Lord
who visits us like the dawn from on high; Blessed be the Lord

He will give light to those in darkness
those who dwell in the shadow of death
and guide us into the way of peace
