After Eastertide and the great mid-year Solemnities of Pentecost, Trinity Sunday and Corpus Christi, we have some 20 weeks or so of Ordinary Time. In this second part of Year B (weeks 10 – 24), we resume our journey through Mark’s Gospel from The Parables of the growing seed and the mustard seed {Mark 4:26-34} to Peter’s declaration that Jesus is the Christ. {Mark 8:27-35}
